NREP is in the process of creating an attractive tenant mix for
the building, where anchor tenants will influence the industries represented.
We want to create a cluster of companies within industries, allowing collaboration between industry leaders and creative start-ups.
To support this platform, there will be a mixture of larger and smaller units, ranging from 50 to 2000 sqm.
The unique spaces will be custom-fitted to suit tenants’ needs.
Our vision is to create one-of-a-kind premises that support tenants’ strategies and visions as well as to offer a great workspace for their talented people.
We offer more than just great spaces, we listen to tenants and offer services and supporting functions on demand.
